Do you offer trade pricing?

Yes! We love working with different organisations and offer trade pricing for commercial orders. Please email hello@lazeliving.com for more information.

Are orders being delayed due to COVID-19?

Generally orders are not being significantly delayed due to COVID-19, however, during this period some shipments may take slightly longer than our standard shipping policy. If you would like more information on shipping please read our shipping policy or contact customercare@lazeliving.com

How do pre-orders work?

In most cases, we take pre-orders when a product is out of stock. Once we have processed the pre-order, it should be delivered within 20 days. In the case of an unforeseen extended delay, those who have pre-ordered will be notified and given the option of an immediate refund.

How quickly will my order ship?

Orders will be dispatched the following business day after order, for more information read our Shipping & Return & Exchange Policy.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and payments through Stripe and Paypal. All sales through this website will be displayed in your home currency and be processed in either Australian Dollars (AUD)or Singapore Dollars (SGD).

What if an item I want is out of stock?

If you find the colour or size you would like to purchase, please email customercare@lazeliving.com and we will advise if pre-orders for new stock are being taken and give you an estimate on delivery time.

What if I want an item in a different colour/size to what is shown.
